Restabit is a planner that helps you do less, better. You write your day in a calm agenda book, see how full it already is against your own daily limit, focus on one thing at a time with real breaks, and close each evening with a short journal page. There are no streaks and no guilt. Restabit was designed around the open iPhone Duo, where the book lies open as two facing pages, and it also runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It's free to download, with an optional Restabit Pro.
Restabit is a planner for people who tend to take on too much. Instead of turning a long list into today's plan, it shows how full each day already is against a daily limit you set, suggests where to start, and lets the rest wait without being forgotten. Nothing moves to another day until you choose.
The app follows the shape of an ordinary day: capture what's on your mind, plan what realistically fits after a quick morning check-in, focus on one thing at a time with gentle pacing and real breaks, and close the evening with how the day felt, three things that went well and what comes with you tomorrow. A missed evening is just a blank page. Rest, sleep and unscheduled time belong on the page too.
Restabit was designed around the open iPhone Duo, where the agenda book lies open as two facing pages, and adapts to iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Calendar and Apple Health can add context, and both are optional. Agendas, journals and recordings stay on the person's devices and sync through their own private iCloud; suggestions and transcripts are made on the device. There are no ads and no tracking.
Restabit is free to download, with everything for planning, checking in and focusing included. Restabit Pro adds focus and rest insights, voice notes with on-device transcripts, scanning and attachments, on-device help with Apple Intelligence on supported devices, and more ways to make the book your own.
Restabit started with a familiar evening: too many yeses, working late, and going to bed tired with half the list still open. More lists didn't help. What was missing was a plan that respects the hours in a day, and makes stopping feel allowed.
Keijaoh Campbell founded Gurenter LLC, which designs and builds Restabit and Luggage Pal for iPhone and iPad.
